Knife Guards

If you and I haven't got to know each other yet, one thing to know about me and how I run my business is that I don't compete with Amazon and I don't sell garbage. 

These knife guards found me and they are the highest quality guards to protect your knives that I have come across. 

It's a clamshell style action where your knife is sandwiched between two rigid pieces of plastic and held in place by rubber grips so that it can't bounce around inside the guard. 

When we sharpen knives we remove material at the edge so that the thickness of the steel goes to zero. It's the most delicate part of the tool and deserves the utmost attention to retain performance. 

If you're going to spend any significant amount of money on a knife, and are willing to do the necessary things to take care of your knives (like store them well, wash them by hand, and get them sharpened by a professional) it only makes sense to spend a few extra bucks and keep them protected.
